Victor DiazGranados has a genuine love for the city of Miami, a passion for real estate, and a sincere dedication to his clients’ success. Victor has over 21 years of active real estate experience during which he has offered his clients a heart-felt promise of service with integrity, professionalism, and individual attention.

Victor earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.

Vanessa DiazGranados - Quiroz

Vanessa DiazGranados – Quiroz is a native of Miami, Florida. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (Public Relations) from Florida International University, she spent 15 years in property management for luxury high-rise condominiums in Miami.

The varying degrees of complexities of property management have given Vanessa ample opportunities to develop her problem solving skills and have equipped her to deliver unparalleled levels of professionalism and service to her clients. She has since transitioned into residential real estate.

Vanessa finds gratification in providing an individualized buying or selling experience to each of her unique clients. She is a creative and resourceful problem solver at heart. She takes special care to understand the variables throughout the entirety of a transaction paying meticulous attention to details. Vanessa prioritizes her clients experience by ensuring that the process is stress-free, easy, and enjoyable.
